Alliance Global raised the firm’s price target on One Stop Systems (OSS) to $9 from $8.50 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after OSS sold its European valued added reseller, Bressner Technology, for $22.4M to Hiper Euro. The price was more than the firm expected, says the analyst, who adds that the value added reselling business was “not a driver of shareholder value” with its very low contribution margin and argues that the proceeds from the sale can be used for strategic M&A.
