On Semi to acquire Vcore Power Technology from Aura Semiconductor

On Semi (ON) has entered into an agreement with Aura Semiconductor to acquire rights to its Vcore power technologies including associated intellectual property licenses. onsemi offers industry leading solutions for solid state transformers, power supply units, 800 VDC distribution, and core power delivery. onsemi expects that this transaction will have minimal impact to its GAAP and non-GAAP EPS in the first fiscal year following close and accretive thereafter. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
