Omnicom (OMC) is commissioning a third-party audit of The Trade Desk’s (TTD) fees, Omnicom told clients in a memo, AdAge’s Garett Sloane and Brian Bonilla report. Omnicom’s note to clients said an initial review of its deal with The Trade Desk revealed no issues, but it would conduct a full audit.
