Omega takes new stakes in Capital One and Amazon, exits Occidental

Leon Cooperman’s Omega Advisors disclosed in an SEC filing its holdings as of March 31, 2026. Omega’s two new buys during the first quarter included, by size of position, Capital One (COF) and Amazon (AMZN). Omega exited two positions during the quarter, including by size of previous position, Regal Rexnord (RRX) and Occidental (OXY). Omega increased its stake in a number of holdings, including by size of previous position, OneMain (OMF), Pelagos Insurance (PLGO), USA Today (TDAY), and Manchester United (MANU). Omega reduced its stake in two holdings, including by size of previous position, Elevance (ELV) and Atlas Energy Solutions (AESI). Omega’s top holdings as of March 31, in order of size, were Vertiv (VRT), Rocket Cos (RKT), Energy Transfer (ET), Mirion Technologies (MIR), and Pelagos Insurance.
