Omega takes new stake in Rocket Companies, exits ArriVent Biopharma

Omega increased its stake in a number of holdings, including by size of previous position, Fidelis Insurance (FIHL), Occidental (OXY), GE Healthcare (GEHC), USA Today (TDAY), and Manchester United (MANU). Omega reduced its stake in a number of holdings, including by size of previous position, Atlas Energy Solutions (AESI), Regal Rexnord (RRX), Arbor Realty (ABR), DiaMedica (DMAC), and OneMain (OMF). Omega’s top holdings as of December 31, 2025, in order of size, were Rocket Companies, Vertiv (VRT), Energy Transfer (ET), Mirion Technologies (MIR), and Apollo Global (APO).
