Office supplies group ODP Corporation (ODP) is exploring a sale with the help of JPMorgan (JPM), three sources familiar with the matter told Dealreporter. The process has attracted interest from private equity firms and ODP recently collected initial bids from suitors, the sources are reported to have said.
