TD Cowen raised the firm’s price target on Oceaneering (OII) to $34 from $28 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm said 4Q was mixed with revenue modestly below but EBITDA slightly ahead, aided by ADTech strength and SSR pricing resilience despite lower ROV utilization from vessel support. FY26 EBITDA guidance was reiterated at $415MM (midpoint), with FY26 revenue to grow LSD/MSD, largely in line with consensus.
