Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Oceaneering (OII) to $22 from $26 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm says Smid-cap offshore services guided to flattish offshore activity levels in 2025, though it now sees further downside risk following OPEC’s decision to bring back barrels in April. The analyst now models the company modestly below the low end of its 2025 EBITDA guidance range.
