Occidental (OXY) said on its Q3 earnings call that 2026 capex “could be, you know, somewhere between $6.3 to 6.7 billion, depending on the macro environment.” Asked about “high level indications” of what the company would expect production to do in that range, executives responded: “So in terms of production, you would be looking something close to flat to potentially up to 2% growth.”
