Susquehanna analyst Charles Minervino raised the firm’s price target on Occidental (OXY) to $60 from $51 and keeps a Positive rating on the shares. The firm said they reported 4Q results with a beat on both production and EPS. 2026 capex was guided to $5.5B-$5.9B, an approximate $550MM year-over-year reduction at the midpoint, while production was guided to grow 1% year-over-year at the midpoint.
