Occidental (OXY) CEO Vicki Hollub is getting ready to retire from the role after her decade-long stewardship of the company, Reuters’ David French and Shariq Khan report, citing sources familiar with the matter. Hollub intends to make a formal announcement on the matter later this year, four people with knowledge of the matter told Reuters. Richard Jackson, who was named COO in October, is primed to become CEO upon Hollub’s exit, the authors note.
