ObsEva Chairwoman Annette Clancy will not stand for re-election

In connection with the reorganization, ObsEva’s Chairwoman, Annette Clancy, and Board members Brian O’Callaghan, Stephanie Brown, Anne VanLent, and Ed Mathers will not stand for re-election at the Company’s upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders. It is intended that ObsEva’s Founder, Dr. Ernest Loumaye, will be nominated as Board Chairman along with the nomination of Catarina Edfjall as Board member.
