O-I revised its FY26 guidance and now expects adjusted EPS of $1.00-$1.50, compared with its prior outlook of $1.65-$1.90. The revision primarily reflects higher global energy costs driven by the conflicts in the Middle East, as well as additional net price pressure in Europe, which should be partially offset by additional cost reduction actions. The company also sees FY26 adjusted EBITDA of $1.125B-$1.225B, and FY26 free cash flow of $50M-$150M.
