Needham raised the firm’s price target on NXP Semiconductors (NXPI) to $300 from $250 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company posted a Q1 earnings beat and issued stronger-than-expected Q2 guidance as the management is seeing improved revenue visibility, a strengthening order book, and a growing distribution backlog, the analyst tells investors in a research note. NXP Semi’s Data Center revenue of $200M in 2025 is poised to more than double to $500M in 2027, with exposure evenly balanced across the Industrial IoT and Communication Infrastructure segments, the firm added.
