BofA lowered the firm’s price target on NXP Semiconductors (NXPI) to $245 from $265 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. With Q4 results and Q1 guidance coming in slightly below for Auto and in-line for IIoT, the firm thinks investors may be concerned about limited cyclical torque in NXP’s core businesses, the analyst says. While the firm notes its EPS forecasts increase by 3% and 4%, respectively, in calendar 2026 and 2027, it cites a lower multiple for its lowered price target following earnings.
