Raymond James analyst Simon Leopold raised the firm’s price target on Nvidia (NVDA) to $323 from $291 and keeps a Strong Buy rating on the shares. The firm increased the company’s estimates to reflect management’s updated outlook for $1 trillion of cumulative graphic processing unit sales through 2027. This could prove conservative, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Raymond James is “incrementally encouraged” that its thesis around inference as a catalyst is playing out, and may even be slightly ahead of schedule.
