NuStar Energy, Sunoco announce expiration of HSR Act waiting period

Sunoco LP (SUN) and NuStar Energy L.P. (NS) announced the expiration of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, HSR Act, in connection with Sunoco’s pending acquisition of NuStar. The expiration of the waiting period under the HSR Act satisfies an important condition necessary for the completion of the transaction.
