Nucor’s (NUE) Board of Directors approved the repurchase of up to $4B of the company’s outstanding common stock. This new authorization replaces the previously authorized $4B repurchase program, under which approximately $3.69B of the company’s common stock had been repurchased since its authorization in May 2023.
