Novartis (NVS) CEO Vas Narasimhan “thinks” the company has an agreement with the U.S. to protect it from tariffs, believing its $23B investment in manufacturing announced last year would act as a barrier against levies, Tasmin Lockwood of CNBC reports, citing comments made by Narasimhan.
