NOV Inc. declares supplemental cash dividend of 21c per share

NOV Inc. (NOV) announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 7.5c per share of common stock, payable on June 27 to each stockholder of record on June 13. NOV also announced that its Board of Directors declared a supplemental cash dividend of 21c per share of common stock as part of the company’s 2024 return of capital plan. The supplemental dividend is payable on June 13 to each stockholder of record on June 2.
