As part of its long-term succession plan, the company also announced that its board of directors had increased its size by one and appointed Jose Bayardo, President and COO, to the Board. Mr. Bayardo served as Senior Vice President and CFO since joining the company in 2015, until his promotion to his current position earlier this year.
