Northrop Grumman (NOC) Systems was awarded a modification to the active prototype project other transaction agreement with a value of $475.3M. This is an increase in dollar value of the current agreement from $832.78M to $1.31B. The agreement was previously awarded through the Missile Defense Agency’s authority under 10 U.S. Code 4022. Under this award, the performer will continue to develop and define its Glide Phase Interceptor design concept with an accelerated schedule. The estimated completion date is June 2028. Funds from Section 20003 of Public Law 119-21 in the amount of $174.13M are being obligated at the time of award. Missile Defense Agency is the contracting activity.
