Northrop Grumman (NOC) was awarded a $334.42M firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract for production of Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program Block 3 Hemisphere and Quadrant systems. This contract modification includes options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract action to $783.03M. Work is expected to be completed by December 2029. If all options are exercised, work will continue through April 2030. Fiscal 2025 shipbuilding and construction funds in the amount of $334.42M were obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command is the contracting activity.
