Northrop Grumman (NOC) was awarded a $225.11M modification to a cost-plus-incentive-fee contract. This modification exercises options for the design, development, and delivery of all E-130J training weapons systems training materials/courseware, formerly known as E-XX prior to official designation, in support of the Take Charge and Move Out recapitalization program for the Navy. Work is expected to be completed in March 2027. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $54.9M will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competed. Naval Air Systems Command is the contracting activity.
