Northern Dynasty and its 100%-owned U.S.-based subsidiary Pebble Partnership report that the U.S. Federal District Court in Alaska has granted the motion to modify the existing complaint against the Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA, by adding the US Army Corps of Engineers as another defendant. On June 10, Northern Dynasty and PLP filed a motion for leave to file an amended complaint with the Court to reverse the USACE decision to deny the project a permit.
