NorthEast Community raises quarterly dividend, declares special cash dividend

NorthEast Community Bancorp announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of 15c per share on its outstanding common stock. Additionally, its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the company’s quarterly cash dividend from 10c per share to 15c per share. The increased quarterly dividend and the special cash dividend will be paid on or about November 6, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 4, 2024
