Adjusted EPS is expected to be EUR 1.45-EUR 1.60, implying a decline of 4-13%. Based on USD/EUR exchange rate as of February 19, 2026, this translates into 2026 Adjusted EPS of $1.71-$1.89. The Company also expects full year adjusted free cash flow conversion of 90% or greater.”
