Nokia (NOK) has been awarded a new three-year deal by Telecom Italia to expand and modernize the coverage and capacity of its 5G network after a competitive tender process, the company announced. The strategic partnership will cover TIM’s customers across new regions, in addition to Nokia’s existing footprint. Nokia’s AI-powered product portfolio will also support the company’s sustainability targets.
