NNN REIT appoints Joshua Lewis as Chief Investment Officer

The Board of Directors of NNN REIT (NNN) announced that Joshua P. Lewis has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer. Lewis is responsible for leading the Company’s real estate investments, including structuring, negotiation, and deal execution. Lewis has held roles of increasing responsibility within the Acquisitions team since joining the Company in 2008 and has served as Senior Vice President, Head of Acquisitions since August 2022. Prior to NNN, Lewis spent 13 years in the real estate capital markets and investment banking divisions at BofA Securities and its predecessor firms, where he held senior roles advising on and executing real estate financing transactions. Lewis is a cum laude graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a double major in finance and marketing. Lewis is a member of ICSC.
