The National Labor Relations Board, NLRB, froze two cases against Apple (AAPL) after Donald Trump nominated an attorney who represents the tech group as the agency’s top legal official, Michael Acton of The Financial Times reports. The two cases were abruptly pulled late last week, with Crystal Carey, Trump’s nomination for NLRB’s general counsel, listing the agency’s records as an attorney acting in Apple’s defense in both cases.
