On December 12, Granger Whitelaw resigned from his positions as member of the Board of Directors of Nixxy (NIXX) effective immediately, and as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective December 31. Mr. Whitelaw’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company. The Company is in the active process of finding Mr. Whitelaw’s replacement.
