H.C. Wainwright analyst Heiko Ihle lowered the firm’s price target on NioCorp (NB) to $4 from $4.25 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm’s decreased target is primarily based on recent dilution after the company announced mid-May that it had received a nonbinding Expression of Interest from UK Export Finance for a potential debt funding of up to $200M.
