Nintendo (NTDOY) has filed a lawsuit with the U.S. Court of International Trade, seeking a refund for the duties it paid to the U.S. government as a result of the tariffs, Aya Wagatsuma of Bloomberg reports. The company argues the tariffs paid were “unlawfully collected” and has asked for a “prompt refund,” according to the filing.
