Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on Nice (NICE) to $148 from $160 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares following what the firm calls out as “another quarter of stability in core cloud, complemented by further acceleration in backlog.” A re-rating will be incumbent on continued execution towards acceleration, but the firm believes the current valuation is “overly punitive on AI disruption risk.”
