Nice (NICE) announced the appointment of Arun Chandra as COO, effective December 1. In this newly created role, Chandra will lead Nice’s global customer operations division. He will report directly to Scott Russell, CEO of Nice, and serve as a member of the company’s executive leadership team. Chandra joins Nice from Disney (DIS), where he served as senior VP, customer experience.
