Newmark (NMRK) Group announced the strengthening of its presence in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and Nevada through the execution of an alliance agreement with Mountain West Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate brokerage firm in those markets. Mountain West will operate as Newmark Mountain West, an independently owned and operated member of the Newmark Licensee Group, and leverage Newmark’s brand and network.
