The Attorney General of New York has brought action on behalf of the People of the State against Defendant United Parcel Service to enjoin UPS (UPS) from conducting its business in violation of the New York Labor Law and the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and to apply for relief for UPS’s alleged failure to pay minimum wage, promised wages, and overtime wages for all hours worked and failure to comply with the NYLL’s notice and recordkeeping requirements, according to a post to the site of the AG.
