New Era Helium provides update on land deal for AI, HPC data center campus

New Era Helium (NEHC) provided an update on the land acquisition for the 250MW AI and HPC data center campus planned by Texas Critical Data Centers, its joint venture with Sharon AI. Due diligence, including the Phase 1 study, on the initial 235-acre site in Ector County has been completed and satisfied. The transaction remains on track, with closing expected on or before the end of the month. TCDC continues to advance permitting and infrastructure planning as part of its mission to develop its compute campus in the Permian Basin.
