New Century Logistics opens at $4, IPO priced at $4 per share

New Century Logistics (NCEW) priced its initial public offering of 1.5M ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share. Craft Capital Management and R.F. Lafferty are acting as co-lead managing underwriters for the offering. New Century is an international freight forwarding company and logistics service provider whose customers include direct shippers and other freight forwarders.
