Netstreit sees FY25 AFFO $1.29-$1.31, consensus $1.30

SThe Company is maintaining its full year 2025 AFFO per share guidance range of $1.29 to $1.31, and increasing its net investment activity guidance to $350.0 million to $400.0 million from $125.0 million to $175.0 million. The Company continues to expect cash G&A to range between $15.0 million to $15.5 million. In addition, our AFFO per share guidance range includes $0.015 to $0.025 per share of estimated dilution due to the impact of the Company’s outstanding forward equity calculated in accordance with the treasury stock method.
