Netstreit raises FY25 AFFO view $1.29-$1.31 from $1.28-$1.30, consensus $1.29

The Company is increasing 2025 AFFO per share guidance range to $1.29 to $1.31 from $1.28 to $1.30 and increasing net investment activity guidance to $125.0 million to $175.0 million from $75.0 million to $125.0 million. The Company now expects cash G&A to be in the range of $15.0 million to $15.5 million.
