Netlist says CAFC affirms PTAB ruling upholding validity of Netlist patent

Netlist (NLST) announced that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has affirmed the October 2023 final written decision by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board upholding the validity of Netlist’s U.S. Patent No. 10,489,314 in an Inter Partes Review brought by Micron (MU). Micron has 90 days from the CAFC’s judgment to file a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court.
