In addition, the “streamlined” ITC proceeding timeline further increases the chances of a favorable licensing settlement, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Roth keeps a Buy rating on Netlist with a $2 price target The stock in afternoon trading is up 13%, or 8c, to 71c.
