Netflix (NFLX) will pay as much as $600M for InterPositive, the AI moviemaking company founded by Ben Affleck, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Lucas Shaw. The actual price paid in cash was less, but InterPositive’s owners will earn even more if it meets certain performance targets, the report stated. Netflix announced the acquisition of InterPositive on March 5, but terms were not disclosed.
