Netflix (NFLX) is considering whether to move its headquarters out of Hudson Pacific (HPP) owned group of buildings in Hollywood, Bloomberg’s Lucas Shaw and John Gittelsohn report, citing people familiar with the plans. The company’s lease with Hudson Pacific expires in 2031, and one of the options is for Netflix to buy the landlord’s interest in the buildings, the report states.
