Netcapital (NCPL) announced that its board has appointed Todd Violette to lead the company in order to accelerate capital formation, expand platform reach, and build long-term shareholder value. His recent operating and executive roles have included CEO of CloudCover International, CEO of AppYea, CEO of Vinergy, Chief Investment Officer of ESG Global Strategies, and Independent Director of Therapix. Violette replaces CEO Rich Wheeless, whose contract was terminated by the board.
