Neogen (NEOG) announced it entered a definitive agreement to sell its global cleaners and disinfectants business to Kersia Group for $130M in cash at closing, plus contingent consideration. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 of fiscal 2026, subject to regulatory approval. Neogen said net proceeds will be used to repay the $100M drawn on its revolving credit facility. The divested business has approximately $60M in annual revenue.
