DA Davidson initiated coverage of Nebius Group (NBIS) with a Buy rating and $50 price target and adding the stock within D.A. Davidson’s DaVinci initiative for deep tech businesses. Nebius is “emerging as one of the first true alternatives to hyperscaler-dominated AI compute,” says the analyst, who believes that Nebius is undervalued relative to the growing importance of neoclouds.
