Nature’s Sunshine Products (NATR) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Kenneth Romanzi to succeed Terrence Moorehead as Chief Executive Officer. Romanzi will assume the role and become a member of the Nature’s Sunshine Board of Directors on October 29, 2025. Notably, Romanzi served as President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of B&G Food (BGS)
