UBS lowered the firm’s price target on National Storage (NSA) to $30 from $32 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. Self Storage REIT results in Q3 and early October data highlight that operating metrics are stabilizing with some upward momentum on move-in rates, the analyst tells investors in a research note. From here, however, the firm thinks same-store revenue growth remains challenged.
